Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Insurance/Billing Enquiries:
If you have any insurance questions, please do not hesitate to call. If there are specific questions, please direct your questions to main office at (843)763-4115 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Initial Evaluation:
For your first visit with us, please allow 1 hour of your time. We provide you with a thorough evaluation which will help us determine the best treatment plan fit for you.
