Charleston Physical Therapy is a physical-therapists’-owned practice that was estabilished in 1982 by Marilyn Swygert and Jesse McGrady. Our professional and highly-qualified staff is dedicated to excellence in comprehensive rehabilitative services, striving for the highest quality of care that places the patient and their family at the heart of the program. Our patients receive personalized one-on-one treatment following a thorough initial evaluation.
